    General info: 

    NOVAFILL FLEX 2K is the two-component version of Novafill Flex, specially developed to reduce hardening time, even with thick, covering layers. If the top layer is dry, NOVAFILL FLEX 2K is completely dry (in the total depth) so that inclusion of solvents can be prevented.
    NOVAFILL FLEX 2K can be painted over with water-based paints and others.
    NOVAFILL FLEX 2K is shock and vibration resistant.
    NOVAFILL FLEX 2K is economical in use and easy to use: measuring, weighing, mixing and cleaning are now things of the past, thanks to this revolutionary aerosol. With the nozzle’s technology, the flow and width of the spray can be adjusted. The aerosol’s technology also allows a use for more than 24 hours.

    Application information: 
    • clean and degrease surface with safety Clean and/or Multifoam
    • sand the surface and remove dust
    • if needed, treat synthetic materials with Seal&Bond Special Primer to increase bonding
    • prepare aerosol before the first use: remove the cap underneath the spray can
    • loosen the metallic ring and pull it through the hole of the seal
    • the inside packaging with the hardener is now open.
    • turn the ring 360° so that the inside cartridge is completely open and the hardener is released
    • shake the aerosol vigorously for at least two minutes, so that both component mix together.
    • try on a test surface
    • storage life after mixing: minimum 24 hours in a cool place
