You can repair obstinate cracks in floors, walls and ceilings with our epoxies among other things. Cracks in concrete, mortar and stone disappear and the unit will be three times stronger than previously. Epoxies and coatings can be obtained as different types, ranging from mortar to liquids. Examples include Multipox and Coatapox.

EPOXY REPAIR MORTAR
    • 3x stronger than concrete.
    • Easy to apply - does not stick to tools - does not contain solvents - no addition of water needed.
    • Applicable from 1 mm to indefinite thickness.
    • Shrink-free curing.
    • Dust-free, durable and chemical resistant.
    • Vapour-permeable and liquidproof.
    • Permanent and constructive.
    • Antiskid surface.
    • Can be used inside and outside. Does not freeze.
    • Fast curing. Can be used and mechanically charged after 24 hours. Can be chemically charged after 7 days.

    General info: 

    REPAPOX is a 2-component industrial epoxymortar for permanent and durable repair and plating that can be applied with a trowel and has an unbreakable adhesion on concrete, stone, wood and an optimal adhesion on metals.
    REPAPOX provides dust-free, antiskid, durable, impact-resistant and chemical resistant repairs and seamless plating.
    It will prevent further degradation of repaired or treated surfaces.
    REPAPOX has a high pointload sharing, in order to protect the surface and resist higher mechanical burden (transpallets F.I.). REPAPOX is easy to apply and does not stick to tools. It can be applied from 0 mm to an unlimited thickness.
    REPAPOX is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.

    Composition: glass pearls and quartz grains drenched in a high quality epoxy resin.
    Solvent: solvent-free.
    Hardening: shrinkage-free.
    Percentage of soil substance: 100%.
    Adhesion: unbreakable adhesion on most construction materials: stone, concrete, natural stone, wood, metal,...
    No adhesion: on most synthetic materials.
    Hardening layer thickness: unlimited.
    Chemical resistance: organic acids, oils, greases, fuels, acids, fertilisers, manure, urine, water (fresh + salt), sea air,...
    Chlorine resistance: OK.
    Heat resistance: -30°C to +60°C continuous; temporarily: +90°C.

    Repaintable: with most lacquers and paints.
    Processing time at 16°C: ± 50 minutes.
    Consumption: 1,7 to 2 kg/m² for a 1 mm layer.
    Curing time at 16°C: can be walked over after 24 hours; mechanical resistant after 72 hours; 7 days chemical resistance.
    Lower temperatures decrease the curing.
    Colour: grey.
    Shelf life: 12 months, keep dry, cool and frost-proof.
