Seal & Bond MS 22

SEAL & BOND MS 22 can be used for all sealing joints thanks to its extreme flexible characteristics with an elasticity of 600%.
SEAL & BOND MS 22 is a hybrid MS polymer which replaces all other sealing cements, such as silicone cement, acrylate cement, buthylene cement, siloxane cement.
SEAL & BOND MS 22 has a very high UV resistance and resists fungus and bacteria.
SEAL & BOND MS 22 can be painted over with most usual paints, such as acrylate and dispersion paints, and even on alkyd resin based paints.
SEAL & BOND MS 22 adheres to most bases such as painted and varnished wood, glass, stone, concrete, metal and different types of plastics.
SEAL & BOND MS 22 can be used both indoors and outdoors.
SEAL & BOND MS 22 does not seep through on natural stone.

- First test on the base in the case of bases that use PE, PP, Teflon or bitumen.
Skin formation: 23°C 50% R.V. 20 - 30 minutes.
Hardening through : 23°C 50% R.V. after 24 hours -approx. 2,5 mm; after 48 hours - approx. 4,0 mm Elasticity at breaking - DIN 53504 S2: 600% (stored for7daysat23°C 50% R.V).
Hardness - DIN 53505:21 +/- 2 Shore A.
Chemical resistance: good against water, salt water, aliphatic solvents, oils, greases, thinned inorganic acids and alkalis; moderate against esters, ketones and aromatics; not resistant against concentrated acids and chlorated hydrocarbons; fully weather resistant.
Thermal stability: -40°C to +90°C.
Processing temperature: between +5°C and +40°C
Density: 23°C 50% R.V. 1,34 +/- 0.02g/cm³.
Modulus at 100% elasticity - DIN 53504 S2: ca. 0.35 N/mm².
Elastic recovery of shape - DIN EN 27389: >60%.
Movement capacity: 20%.
Consistency - DIN EN 27390: does not sag with joints of up to 40mm in width.
Shelf life: 12 months in a closed original packaging; store in a cool dry place.
