    SEAL & BOND SPECIAL PRIMER PPE is especially developed to serve as an adhesive coating on materials on which in general adhesion is hardly possible (or even not possible at all). Synthetic, coated or powder coated surfaces on a PP-, PE- or silicon-basis are part of this group of materials on which adhesion without a primer is hardly possible (or not possible at all).

    Before using SEAL & BOND SPECIAL PRIMER PPE perform a bonding test on the surfaces. Each type of glue or sealing kit combined with the primer can possibly give a different outcome.

    Application information: 
    • Appropriate for smooth and non absorbing materials
    • Instructions:
      • Surface needs to be dry, dust, oil and greaseproof
      • Clean surface with Safety Clean or Multifoam and etch with Megaclean
      • Shake well during 2-3 min before use
      • Apply in a thin layer
      • Respect a drying time of 30 to 120 min. at a temperature of 20°C. It can be glued when it is completely dry.
      • When using an aerosol, clean the nozzle by keeping the aerosol up-side-down and spraying simultaneously

    Colour: transparent (but may leave traces).
    Drying time: approx. 30 min. to max. 120 min. at a temperature of 20°C.
    Working temperature: min. +5°C.
    Storage time: 12 months from date of fabrication.
    Storage: cool and dry.
