You can repair obstinate cracks in floors, walls and ceilings with our epoxies among other things. Cracks in concrete, mortar and stone disappear and the unit will be three times stronger than previously. Epoxies and coatings can be obtained as different types, ranging from mortar to liquids. Examples include Multipox and Coatapox.

    STYROPOX is a professional, superfast 2-component styrene mortar, which is easy to handle and to shape.
    STYROPOX is a superfast repair mortar which makes a fast finishing possible and has a high chemical and mechanical resistance. STYROPOX can be used indoors as well as outdoors.
    STYROPOX can even be applied vertically up to +/- 4 cm in one layer.
    STYROPOX is impact-proof, chemically resistant and has a dust-free top layer with a high durability.

    Colour: black.
    Consistency: paste.
    Composition: Component A: vinylester filled with dry quartz; Component B: catalyst in white powder (hardener).
    Solvent: solvent-free.
    Percentage of soil substance: 100%.
    Adherence: extremely good adherence to most building materials, e.g. stone, concrete, natural stone, wood, metal,...
    No adherence: to most synthetic materials.
    Max. thickness of hardening: unrestricted when applied horizontally, max. 4 cm in one layer when applied vertically.
    Chemical resistance: organic acids, oils, greases, fuels, acids, fertilisers, urine, water (fresh + salt), sea air,...
    Chlorine resistance: OK.
    Can be painted: with most current lacquers and paints after sanding.
    Processing time (23°C): 10-16 min.
    Flashpoint (styrene DIN 53213): 34°C.
    Consumption: 1.7 to 2 kg/m² with a layer of 1mm.
    Total curing time: high temperatures reduce the hardening times and low temperatures implicate longer hardening times.
    Shelf life: 12 months, keep dry, cool and frost-proof. Safety measures: consult the Safety Data Sheet.
